Key Responsibilities

  • Direct customers to the appropriate services: sales, maintenance, parts, or after-sales service.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to provide quick and efficient service.
  • Maintain strict follow-up on after-sales service requests.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Repair teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional work environment that reflects our dealership's image.
  • Actively participate in customer satisfaction initiatives and local events.

Profile Wanted

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service; automotive experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
  • Service-minded with skills to listen, diagnose, and propose solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team, handle multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and customer management systems (CRM/ERP preferred).
  • Flexible hours to meet team needs.
