Viau Ford is looking for a dynamic and customer service-oriented Parts Clerk/Sales Advisor to join its team in Saint-Rémi. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for Ford parts and accessories, helping our customers and technicians find solutions best suited to their needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on Ford and compatible parts and accessories, explaining the options and benefits of each product.
• Diagnose customer needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and prepare quotes and orders.
• Manage the order flow: check availability, process orders, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate with technicians.
• Manage parts inventory: receive deliveries, organize stock, label, and optimize placement to facilitate access and rotation.
• Collaborate with sales and workshop departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Keep the parts database up to date and actively participate in sales and promotional initiatives.
• Achieve the parts department objectives and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive parts field; dealership experience is a plus.
• Experience with Ford products is a plus; strong knowledge of Ford parts is highly desired.
• Excellent customer service and sales advisory skills, with a strong results orientation.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage inventory and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• Team spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
