Job Description We are recruiting a Parts Clerk/Sales Advisor to join our Mauricie Volkswagen team located in Trois-Rivières. You will be the point of contact for customers and technicians regarding Volkswagen parts and accessories, and will actively contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the counter and advise them on parts, accessories, and solutions tailored to their needs and their Volkswagen vehicle.
• Take, verify, and process parts orders, advise on compatibility and deadlines.
• Manage the parts department inventory: restocking, labeling, monitoring levels, and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure parts availability and smooth repair processes.
• Follow up on orders, returns, and warranties, and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Upsell and run promotional campaigns to maximize parts department revenue.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts area in accordance with safety procedures.
• Master the computerized parts management system and billing; record transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a customer service role in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of Volkswagen parts and systems is an asset; experience with parts management tools and catalogs.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; bilingual in French/English is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, manage priorities, and maintain accuracy in data entry.
• Professional attitude, welcoming demeanor, and customer-focused approach; ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.
