Job Description Hyundai Gabriel West, a well-known car dealership in Montreal, is seeking a passionate Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor who values customer service and teamwork. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you will be on the front line helping our professional and individual customers find the right parts and accessories, ensuring item availability, and providing a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. You will contribute to optimizing counter efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and identify their needs for parts and accessories.
• Advise on suitable references, check stock, and suggest alternatives when necessary.
• Prepare and process orders, quotes, and transactions; prepare parts for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure cleanliness and organization of the counter and sales area.
• Collaborate with the after-sales and customer service teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Use the parts management system to record sales, orders, and returns; perform tasks related to the cash register.
• Monitor promotions and new products, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling when relevant.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in auto parts sales or an equivalent customer service role.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills; fluent in French; English is an asset.
• General knowledge of automotive parts and accessories; ability to quickly identify references.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer tools and ideally experience with parts management software/ERP.
• Availability for flexible hours and for the summer period.
