We are seeking a passionate and organized Automotive Workshop Dispatcher to join the BMW Montreal Centre team. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the scheduling of work within the workshop, based on priorities, deadlines, and technician availability.
• Ensure the efficient distribution of incoming and outgoing vehicles and facilitate communication between the workshop, customer service, and parts.
• Monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance, adjust priorities, and inform stakeholders in real-time.
• Manage parts requests, labor times, and resources to optimize productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate on improving processes, planning tools, and performance indicators.
• Maintain rigorous traceability of information in internal systems and generate activity reports.
• Ensure the quality of interventions and safety of operations, while providing an optimal customer experience.

Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching or planning in an automotive workshop.
• Good knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes and planning tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Team spirit, good communication skills with technicians, service advisers, and management.
• Proficiency in computer tools and workshop management systems; bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
• Relevant training in mechanics or operations management is preferred.
