In this Sales Director role, you will be responsible for steering the commercial strategy and leading a team dedicated to increasing revenue in the automotive sector, while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the national and regional commercial strategy in coordination with network partners and internal teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team and related teams, fostering a spirit of collaboration and a results-oriented culture.
- Define and control the sales budget, establish forecasts, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability and growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, key clients, and network stakeholders, while identifying development and revenue diversification opportunities.
- Design and deploy sales plans, loyalty programs, and promotional actions in collaboration with marketing and other departments.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and optimize performance.
- Enhance the customer experience throughout the sales cycle, and ensure effective coordination with service and after-sales teams.
- Maintain regular communication with management and stakeholders, and prepare reports on results and forecasts.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a sales management position, ideally in the automotive industry; proven leadership and ability to lead teams toward objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills; results-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis; ability to interpret figures and make data-driven decisions.
- Bilingual French-English preferred; availability for regional travel.
- Proactive, well-organized, discreet, and capable of working in a dynamic and demanding environment.
