Daily Responsibilities

Warmly welcome customers upon arrival and gather information about their vehicle; Build trust by understanding the customer's needs and interpreting the information collected to relay to the technician; Clearly and accurately explain the work performed and associated costs; Record vehicle issues on the repair order precisely; Advise customers on care for their vehicle and the importance of regular maintenance, according to manufacturer recommendations; Inform customers about promotions and services offered by the workshop; Perform a road test with the customer, if necessary, to confirm problems or refer to a technician; Schedule maintenance appointments and prepare detailed cost estimates; Establish the payment method and obtain credit approval if necessary; Collaborate with the workshop foreman to plan the work to be done; Communicate any maintenance changes to customers; Present yourself professionally and perform other tasks as needed by management.

Desired Profile

Excellent ability to communicate tactfully and diplomatically; Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written; Previous experience in customer service; Basic knowledge of the automotive field.
