We are recruiting a passionate Sales Advisor about automobiles and eager to contribute to an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy understanding customer needs, offering the best solutions, and guiding the customer throughout the purchasing process, this position is made for you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, listen to, and advise customers on new and used Nissan vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Set customer expectations, conduct relevant demonstrations, and present vehicle features, options, and pricing.
- Generate and qualify leads, monitor the sales pipeline, and secure transaction closures.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate sales conditions, and coordinate steps with financing and insurance services.
- Provide personalized after-sales follow-up, build a lasting relationship, and promote customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams (financing, delivery, after-sales service) to offer a smooth and quality customer experience.
- Stay informed about Nissan updates and industry news to advise customers with the most relevant information.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and special offers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales, ideally in the automotive or retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
- Strong sense of customer service, advisory spirit, and results-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational skills, time management, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency with computer tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of financing and leasing mechanisms is a plus.
- Passion for Nissan automobiles and a willingness to learn continuously.
