Claims Agent - Technical Advisor

• Keeping claims records and tracking systems up to date, ensuring complete transparency and traceability.
• Building trusting relationships with clients by answering their questions and offering proactive support.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position or in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English, to effectively interact with our diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently while being a key team member.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
