Job Description Garage Marcil, located in Brossard, Quebec, is looking for a passionate automotive Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Advisor, you are the key link between customers and our workshop: listening, explaining recommended repairs, and proposing suitable solutions while providing an exemplary customer experience. You participate in the success of after-sales service by ensuring clear communication and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, gather their needs and concerns
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance in clear and accessible language
• Collaborate with technicians to diagnose issues and propose appropriate technical solutions
• Prepare estimates and intervention plans in coordination with the team
• Present service options and assist the customer in decision-making
• Track customer files and follow up on interventions and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety and quality standards
• Participate in the continuous improvement of service processes

Profile

• 0 years of experience required; training or experience in the automotive field appreciated
