Job description

We are seeking a Sales Advisor – New Vehicles, dynamic and customer-service oriented, to join the Léveillé Ford team, a Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme. This key role is part of our ambitious expansion and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and reputation of a leading Ford dealership in the Laurentians. Availability to work some Saturdays as required by operational needs.

Job Description

  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions for Ford new vehicles.
  • Present and demonstrate the features, technologies and options of Ford models, tailoring the message to the customer's priorities.
  • Advise on financing, trade-in and life-insurance options, and guide the sales process from start to finish.
  • Prepare clear proposals, assemble the necessary documents, and ensure rigorous follow-up until signing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in partnership with the team.
  • Work closely with the financing, service, and after-sales departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford products and promotional offers.
  • Actively participate in training and development to stay competitive and compliant with the manufacturer's standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and qualifying prospects, establishing a climate of trust, and personalized vehicle demonstrations.
  • Present solutions tailored to the client's needs and budget, draft proposals and follow up commercially.
  • Manage the sales cycle: estimation, negotiation, financing, documentation and closing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through after-sales service and loyalty programs.
  • Compliance with Ford policies and internal procedures; contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Participation in promotional activities and client events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales or customer service, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong listening abilities, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Results-oriented, team spirit, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • General knowledge of vehicles, with an interest in the Ford lineup and related technologies.
  • Availability to work some Saturdays; flexibility and adaptability.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
