At Toyota St-Jérôme, a well-established dealership in Mirabel, we are seeking a Sales Advisor for our used vehicle department. Join a dynamic team and help provide an exceptional customer experience in an environment where family and passion for automobiles are lived daily. Four-day workweek, closed on weekends. Salary up to $150,000 per year, depending on experience and results. Minimum experience required: 1 year in sales.

Job Description As a Sales Advisor, you will be the ambassador of our team and the main contact point for customers interested in our inventory of used vehicles. You will understand each customer's needs, present relevant products and services, conduct demonstrations and test drives, and follow up throughout the buying process. You will collaborate with the finance and service teams to offer a smooth and personalized experience while achieving or exceeding your sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome and qualify customers interested in used vehicles, build trust, and understand their needs.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles in inventory, explain features, benefits, and financing options.
  • Offer tailored solutions (financing, warranties, accessories) and prepare sales documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects, re-engage customers, and ensure quality after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with Service and Parts departments to maximize customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
  • Maintain a neat presentation of the showroom and inventory, ensuring accuracy of information and displayed prices.
  • Follow operational procedures, compliance standards, and individual and team objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills, team spirit, and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Good listening skills, dynamism, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in French; mastery of English is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct demonstrations and test drives.
  • Knowledge of Toyota products and financing solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
