Vehicle Delivery Clerk

Grenier Chrysler is seeking a Delivery Clerk to fill a position within one of its dealerships.

As part of your job, you will need to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles professionally and perform various support functions as requested by your supervisor:

— Set up files ($);

— Follow up on customer satisfaction;

— Handle disbursements;

— Oversee preparation for the delivery of each sold vehicle, ensuring that selected options are correctly installed and all features are fully operational (tinted windows, markings, mats, etc.);

— Ensure that elements requiring installation are scheduled;

— Make sure the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner’s manual, etc.);

— Coordinate the delivery; collect payments upon delivery, give a tour of the dealership facilities, and introduce customers to the appropriate staff, including the sales manager and technical advisor;

— Conduct the delivery, explain all vehicle features to the customer including manufacturer’s warranty, services offered by the dealership, and customer satisfaction survey;

— Quickly address customer issues or complaints and immediately inform the sales manager;

— Actively participate in the owner follow-up and re-engagement program to promote customer loyalty;

— Actively participate in various customer service-related tasks;

— Support sales managers when needed;

— Perform other tasks as required and instructed by management.

Salary: starting at $45,000
