As a sales advisor, you are the ambassador of the Audi experience at Audi Popular. You welcome customers, identify their needs, and guide each one throughout the purchasing process, presenting our range of new and pre-owned vehicles with professionalism and enthusiasm. You ensure warm customer service, a careful demonstration of the vehicles, and personalized follow-up until delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job description

• Welcome customers and assess their needs to offer tailored solutions that match their preferences and budget.
• Present and demonstrate Audi new and pre-owned vehicles, conduct test drives, and customize proposals.
• Accompany the customer throughout the purchase process: trade-in evaluations, financing options, and service offers.
• Work closely with the financial and technical teams to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and contribute to customer loyalty and the excellent reputation of our dealership.
• Meet sales targets while maintaining quality standards and internal procedures.

Required qualifications

• Minimum experience: 3 years in the luxury segment or 5 years in the automotive sector.
• Excellent customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in French; English is desirable.
• Strong listening skills, customer orientation, and ability to resolve problems quickly.
• Team spirit, organization, autonomy, and ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with IT tools and CRM systems.
