Ste-Marie Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, a dealership located in Saint-Rémi, near Montreal, is looking for a parts sales assistant / advisor to join a dynamic and service-oriented team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and knows how to provide a top-notch customer experience while contributing to the performance of the parts department.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and quickly identify their needs for parts and accessories.
• Advise and sell OEM GM parts and compatible accessories, with the aim of satisfying and retaining customers.
• Manage orders, prepare quotes, process transactions, and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with after-sales service and the workshop to ensure delivered parts meet standards.
• Keep an organized inventory, receive and restock parts, and ensure proper rotation of stock.
• Occasionally deliver parts to customers or service departments, as needed operationally.
• Ensure administrative accuracy and accurately record transactions in parts management systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and maintain the dealership's image.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in auto parts sales or a similar role; knowledge of GM parts and accessories is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation; good sales and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team, organized, with administrative rigor.
• Valid driver's license required for occasional deliveries.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems (ERP / POS).
