Delivery Clerk / File Assembler

We are looking for a Delivery Clerk / File Filer to join our team!
As part of your job, you will need to ensure customer satisfaction by professionally delivering their vehicle and perform various support functions as requested by your supervisor:
• Follow up on customer satisfaction levels;
• Handle disbursements;
• Oversee the preparation for the delivery of any sold vehicle, ensuring that the chosen options have been correctly installed and that all features are fully operational (tinted windows, signage, mats, etc.);
• Ensure that elements requiring installation are scheduled;
• Make sure the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner’s manual, etc.);
• Coordinate the delivery; collect the amount due at delivery, offer a tour of the dealership facilities, and introduce customers to the appropriate dealership staff, including the manager and technical advisor;
• Proceed with the delivery, explaining all features of the car to the customer, including manufacturer’s warranty, services offered by the dealership, and customer satisfaction survey;
• Quickly address customer issues or complaints and immediately inform the sales manager;
• Actively participate in the owner follow-up and re-engagement program to promote customer loyalty;
• Actively participate in various customer service-related files;
• Support sales managers when required;
• Perform other tasks as needed and instructed by management.

The ideal candidate presents themselves professionally, has a neat appearance, and has at least 1 year of experience.
We offer a salary between $20/hour and $25/hour + bonuses.
