Service Advisor

In order to support our growth, we are currently looking for a mechanical automotive technical advisor to join our team and continue our expansion.

Under the supervision of the service manager, the mechanical automotive technical advisor builds a trusting relationship with the customer for the maintenance of their vehicle and guides them through the preventive maintenance process of their vehicle.

Main tasks:

Greet customers, provide quality service at all times; Perform a "walk around" inspection of vehicles before opening work orders; Identify and detail as much as possible the issues reported by customers; Recommend maintenance required by the manufacturer; Offer promotions and complementary products to customers based on the assessment of the vehicle; Serve as a liaison between customers and the mechanical workshop to obtain the necessary approvals for work; Close work orders; Explain the details of the invoice to customers; Process payment of fees; Encourage customer feedback on service quality via the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
