EV Mechanic / Technician

Mega Kia Brossard, a dealership specializing in electric vehicles located in Brossard, is seeking a passionate and skilled Mechanic / Technician to join its team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electric and hybrid vehicles in accordance with manufacturer procedures and the collective agreement.
• Work on electrical, electronic, engines, and battery systems, and perform necessary interventions.
• Perform diagnostics using specialized tools and document interventions in the internal system.
• Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure deadlines are met and work quality is impeccable.
• Participate in ongoing training and update skills on Kia and Hyundai technologies.
• Follow safety protocols and workplace standards.

Profile:

• Diploma in automotive mechanics.
• CPA card.
• Experience with electric vehicles.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required; experience with Kia or Hyundai is valued.
• Excellent team spirit, customer service orientation, and good communication skills.
• Availability for day and evening shifts.

Conditions and Benefits:

• Day shift: 5 days a week (40 hours), Monday to Friday.
• Evening shift: 4 days a week (40 hours), from 5 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., Monday to Thursday.
• Annual salary up to $107,000 according to the collective agreement.
