MASJ Services, located in Laval, Quebec, is expanding rapidly and is seeking 1 to 2 independent contractors to support its development in the automotive sector. As part of this role, we are looking for a Warranty Administrator capable of efficiently managing warranty files and contributing to process improvements.
Experienced technical advisors in this field are welcome; any experience in this area is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Manage warranty files and customer claims, verify eligibility, and apply exclusions.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure prompt and accurate processing of warranties.
- Collaborate with aftersales, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve warranty disputes.
- Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
- Prepare reports on warranty trends and propose improvements.
- Communicate professionally with customers and partners.
Profile
- Good knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP; ability to quickly learn new tools).
- Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work independently remotely.
- 2 years of experience required.
- Candidates with experience as a technical advisor are a plus; if you have experience in this area, it is welcome.
