We are seeking a Mechanic / Technician specializing in electric and hybrid vehicles to join our workshop. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and work with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair the electrical and hybrid systems of vehicles, including electric motors, batteries, propulsion modules, and energy management circuits.
• Use specialized diagnostic tools and software, interpret electrical diagrams and high-voltage circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs following manufacturer procedures and internal standards.
• Conduct performance tests, safety checks, and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure traceability of interventions.
• Collaborate with technicians and advisors to optimize solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Strictly adhere to safety rules, CNESST procedures, and high-voltage component handling instructions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role; experience with electric and hybrid vehicles highly preferred.
• Auto mechanic diploma or equivalent; specialized training in electric and hybrid vehicles is an asset.
• Proficiency with electrical systems and diagnostic tools (OBD, CAN, multimeter, oscilloscope); ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling high-voltage batteries and drive systems.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and team spirit; strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Valid driver's license.
