Financial Services Manager

We are looking for a Director of Financial Services to oversee the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive guarantees. You will work within Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette in Repentigny and contribute to providing comprehensive and tailored solutions to each customer. We are part of Tremblay Auto Groupe, a group of automobile dealerships that values service excellence and integrity.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement a sales strategy for financial and insurance products to support vehicle sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and coach the financial services team to achieve performance and quality objectives.
• Advise customers on financing options, insurance, and warranties, clearly explaining the benefits and costs without technical jargon.
• Collaborate with the sales team and after-sales departments to offer customized solutions.
• Supervise the financing and insurance process, from presentation to finalization, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial results, prepare simple reports, and suggest operational improvements.
• Participate in the recruitment, development, and evaluation of talents within your team.
• Promote a culture of service, ethics, and customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.

Profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in selling financial products, insurance, and warranties, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to lead a team, motivate, and develop team members' skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; ability to explain financial options clearly and accessibly.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple files, and prioritize customer needs.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented, with a practical and pragmatic approach.
• Fluency in French; English is an asset. Good team spirit and impeccable service quality.
