Internal service advisor

Job Description Barnabé Mazda Brossard is seeking an Internal Technical Advisor to support our technical and sales teams and ensure compliance with Mazda standards. Based at our dealership located in Brossard, you will work in collaboration with technicians and advisors to optimize technical and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and operational advice to the service and sales team.
• Diagnose and clarify technical issues related to Mazda vehicles, in collaboration with technicians.
• Participate in interpreting diagnostics and preparing intervention plans.
• Ensure compliance with Mazda procedures and quality standards during repairs and pre-delivery inspections.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes (vehicle preparation, parts management, warranty).
• Document interventions and ensure traceability of technical information.
• Train and support team members on technical updates and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 0 years of experience required; motivated beginners are welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training is an asset.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• General knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools; interest in Mazda would be a plus.
• Team spirit, technical curiosity, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingual (French and English) would be an advantage; or at least fluent in French.
• Valid driver's license.
