Volvo Laval, a member of the Taddeo Auto Group (Volvo Laval, Volvo Cars Mont-Royal, Polestar Montreal, Honda Centre-Ville), based in Laval, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented leader to oversee new vehicle sales and lead a dedicated team of sales agents.

Job Description In this supervisory role, you will consolidate and strengthen our position as a leader in customer experience and commercial performance for new vehicles. You will ensure the development and execution of an ambitious sales strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, commitment, and closeness with our clientele.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define, manage, and adjust the new vehicle sales strategy in line with the objectives of the Taddeo Auto Group and the Volvo Laval brands and partners.
  • Lead, train, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed goals and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Supervise key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and optimize commercial and operational processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department on launches, promotions, and lead generation; work with after-sales service to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience.
  • Manage the showroom and demos, oversee vehicle preparation and test drives, and ensure impeccable presentation and customer experience.
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of the budget, forecasts, and compensation plans; ensure cost control and profitability of activities.
  • Promote talent development through continuous training and skill enhancement of team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience: 1 year in sales management, preferably in the automotive sector or related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and achievement of sales targets, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the Quebec market and trends in new vehicles; analytical mindset and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work as a team and collaborate with different departments.
  • Fluent in French; English is an advantage.
  • Relevant degree in sales, marketing, management, or similar; significant practical experience may compensate.
