We are a family-owned Toyota dealership based in Saint Eustache, in operation since 1981. We offer the sale of new and used vehicles, as well as parts and mechanical repair services. Our team includes about fifty loyal employees, several of whom have been with us for over thirty years. As a family business, we have a long-term vision for our operations that necessarily involves customer and employee satisfaction, one being a consequence of the other.

Role of Technical Advisor
Job Description: Greet customers with a smile and gather the necessary information to identify and define the repair and maintenance needs of their vehicles. Sell maintenance services and organize the scheduling of work while ensuring quality customer service. Hold a card issued by the joint committee in regions subject to collective agreement decrees, if applicable. The main tasks are listed below, but the employee may be assigned other functions. Customer-Related Tasks: • Greet customers warmly and with a smile upon their arrival and obtain information about their vehicle. • Explain to customers the nature of the work to be performed and all related costs. • Advise customers on how to care for their vehicle and emphasize the importance of maintaining it according to the manufacturer’s technical specifications. • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. • Ensure customers are informed of any promotions or services offered by the dealership.
Miscellaneous Tasks: • Be responsible for telephone, email, or text inquiries regarding appointments and ongoing work. • Schedule maintenance appointments. Obtain information about the customers and their vehicles before their arrival at the dealership, if possible. • Sell maintenance services, safety inspections, and other similar services or any other maintenance required by the manufacturer. • Accurately record the issues related to the customer's vehicle on the repair order. • Test drive the vehicle with the customer if needed to confirm the issue or refer it to a technician. • Consider previous revisions, inspect the vehicle, and make additional repair recommendations. • Prepare a detailed and accurate estimate of labor and parts costs. • Set the completion timeframe; check with the workshop dispatcher if needed. • Obtain the customer's signature on the repair order and provide them with a copy. • Determine the customer's payment method. Obtain credit approval if necessary. Collect payment from the customer. • Notify the workshop dispatcher of the work to be performed. • Monitor the progress of repairs throughout the day. Communicate with customers about any changes to the estimate or completion time, explain costs and time requirements in detail, and obtain appropriate approval before performing additional work. • Verify the warranty coverage on the vehicle before commencing work. • Review repair orders to ensure work is completed and additional repairs and authorizations are recorded. Close the repair order according to standards. • Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas, locked, and that all keys are labeled and stored properly. • Participate actively in the quality control process to avoid returns to the workshop. • Inspect the vehicle’s bodywork, inform the customer if repairs are needed, and prepare a quote accordingly. • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area. • Present oneself in a professional manner. • Perform other tasks as needed and as directed by management.
