Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor

Job summary:

The incumbent records appointments, greets customers at the after-sales service counter, gathers the necessary information to identify and define vehicle repair and maintenance needs, proposes the required products and services according to the age, mileage and general condition of the vehicles, generates repair and/or maintenance estimates, opens work orders, rigorously follows up on work in progress and issues invoices, all while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Also ordering, receiving and charging parts on workorders.

Prerequisites:

• Experience as a Service Advisor (required);
• Knowledge of CDK software (an asset).
