Job Description****
In close collaboration with the sales managers, the business development agent contacts an existing client base** to present suitable opportunities and generate qualified appointments at the dealership.**
Main responsibilities**
- Contact existing clients of the ALBI group;
- Present renewal offers and opportunities;
- Schedule and confirm appointments at the dealership;
- Document client needs and information in internal tools;
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure quality follow-up.**
Desired profile**
- Experience in customer service (call centers, sales, reception, or other) (important asset: serving our English-speaking clients);
- Comfort with outbound calls and telephone communication;
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (asset for serving our English-speaking clientele);
- Autonomy, positive attitude, and a customer service mindset;
- No automotive experience required (training and support provided).**
Working conditions**
- Permanent full-time position, on-site in Mascouche;
- Flexible day and evening hours (up to 7 pm) and some Saturdays;
- Commission-based compensation: $75,000 to $100,000+ per year, depending on performance;
