Key responsibilities:
- Manage inbound service calls, scheduling appointments for our customers.
- Make outbound calls to maximize service bay utilization.
- Maintain customer information, ensuring the data in our system is regularly updated.
- Work closely with the customer service representatives to ensure smooth communication and exceptional service.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role at an automobile dealership.
- Familiarity with CDK software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to customer service.
