Sales Advisor - Used Vehicles

Genesis Saint-Laurent, located in Saint-Laurent near Montreal, is seeking a Passionate and Customer-Oriented Used Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will be at the heart of the purchasing experience, and your role is essential in providing personalized service and uncompromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and assess their needs to suggest suitable certified pre-owned vehicle solutions.
• Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations and road tests, highlight vehicle features, as well as financing and warranty options.
• Offer financing solutions in collaboration with the financing team; prepare and negotiate offers; close sales while adhering to internal policies.
• Manage the sales process from start to finish, document transactions, and ensure post-sale follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM and internal tools to follow up on leads, update information, and achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with after-sales service teams to provide a complete and seamless customer experience.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and French to interact with anglophone clients when necessary.

Desired Profile

• Bilingual French-English required or preferred; the candidate must speak French and English to communicate with English-speaking clients occasionally.
• 0 years of experience required; positive attitude, service orientation, active listening skills, attention to detail, and team spirit.
• Good appearance and professionalism; ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic automotive sales environment.
• Basic understanding of financing and credit processes is a plus; proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools desired; experience in auto sales is a plus but not required.
