Technical Advisor – Join our dynamic team!
We are looking for a motivated technical advisor to join our committed and professional team.
Your main responsibilities: • Open and close work orders; • Schedule appointments for the following day; • Manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles; • Answer calls and set appointments; • Follow up on parts ordered; • Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans; • Submit requests related to extended warranties; • Use and manage multiple computer platforms.
Desired Profile: • Experience in the automotive sector (regardless of the position held); • Strong interest in customer service and enjoyment of working with the public; • Permanent full-time position (Monday to Friday); • No weekend shifts; • Work uniform provided; • Stable team within a growing company.
