Customer Experience Specialist

SPECIALIST IN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE** Want to join a winning team passionate about automobiles? We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist who loves human interaction and wants to make a difference with each interaction!

Your daily life with us**

• Prepare customer files and ensure everything is ready for delivery
• Confirm appointments and ensure impeccable follow-up
• Deliver vehicles (new and used) and explain all features and technologies
• Introduce the after-sales department and schedule the first service appointment
• Follow up on financial products and accessories
• Answer customer questions and ensure they leave 100% satisfied
• Handle vehicle registration with the SAAQ and collect final fees
• Ensure post-delivery satisfaction follow-up

What we are looking for

• A person passionate about customer service
• Enjoy building genuine relationships with clients, both over the phone and in person
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous
• Experience in the automotive field is an asset but not required
• Desire to join a young, dynamic, and motivated team
