Job Description
You will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's operational and financial strategy, aligning with the board of directors' objectives and industry requirements. You will lead operations, sales, customer service, and support functions, ensuring results are met, costs are optimized, and profitability is maintained. Additionally, you will serve as the organization’s external voice with partners, suppliers, and clients, while ensuring clear and transparent internal communication. Finally, you will be tasked with anticipating market developments and initiating innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the overall strategy, budgets, and performance indicators, ensuring alignment with long-term vision.
- Manage daily operations, optimize resources, and ensure operational excellence across key functions (operations, finance, sales, after-sales service).
- Maintain relationships with partners, clients, and suppliers to support growth and loyalty.
- Implement risk management, compliance, and governance practices suited to the Quebec context and the automotive sector.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience (CEO, VP, or equivalent), ideally in the automotive sector or related industries such as distribution, service, or maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills, ability to manage teams, communicate, and negotiate; capacity to inspire and mobilize talent around ambitious goals.
- Knowledge of Quebec and Canadian legal frameworks and specificities; proficiency in professional French and, ideally, English.
- Proven ability to act as a coach and mentor, with experience in implementing succession planning and talent development programs.
- Availability for occasional travel and adaptability to a dynamic and demanding environment.
