At Joliette Subaru, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Technical Advisor to join our team. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while bringing your technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and advise customers on the repairs and maintenance of their vehicle.
  • Diagnose technical problems and recommend appropriate solutions based on the customer’s needs.
  • Provide accurate cost and repair-time estimates while clearly explaining the process to the customer.
  • Work closely with the technician team to ensure an efficient workflow and respond to customer requests.
  • Monitor ongoing repairs and provide customers with updates on the progress of the work performed on their vehicle.
  • Promote service programs and related products, contributing to sales growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or in a technical role, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, as well as an understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused.
