Your mission

The technical advisor ensures communication between the customer and technicians. They ensure to meet high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Your daily tasks

Warmly welcoming clients from their arrival and obtaining information about their vehicle; Conveying the correct information to the workshop technician responsible for the vehicle; Communicating with the client throughout the process to inform them about the progress of ongoing work on their car; Explaining to clients the nature of the work performed and the associated costs; Advising clients on maintenance to perform on their vehicles and emphasizing their importance according to the manufacturer’s technical specifications; Optimizing the client’s visit by offering additional maintenance recommended by the manufacturer; Opening and closing work orders.

Your profile

Customer service oriented; Listening skills and empathy; Sense of organization and planning; Autonomy and proactivity; Ability to work as part of a team.

Your qualifications

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) - Technical advice in vehicle maintenance and repair or a combination of studies and work experience deemed relevant; Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset); Possess a valid driver’s license.
