New and Used Car Sales Manager
Grand Montreal Dealership

A reputable automobile dealership in the Grand Montreal area, selling over 1,250 units annually, with approximately 60% used vehicles and 40% new vehicles, is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to fill a strategic position within its management team.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure optimal management of the customer journey for both used and new vehicles, including: Web leads (response speed, structured follow-up, conversion rate) Follow-ups (customer loyalty, retention strategies, managing schedules) Walk-in customers (welcoming, efficient assignment, customer experience) Structure, implement, and enforce effective customer management and CRM processes Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed goals Optimize the performance and profitability of the used and new vehicle departments Collaborate closely with senior management and other departments Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and industry best practices

Profile Sought

Significant experience as a Sales Manager or senior manager in an automobile dealership Strong expertise in managing high volumes of used and new vehicles Proven mastery of web lead management, follow-ups, and showroom customer management Excellent knowledge of CRM tools and customer follow-up processes Motivational, structured leadership focused on results Strong business acumen and customer satisfaction orientation Knowledge of Activix - Merlin – Torque/Vauto
