Financial Services Manager

Elite Ford St-Jérôme, a recognized Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec, and a member of Groupe Tremblay, is seeking to fill the position of Director of Financial Services to oversee our financial services offerings related to vehicle sales. This position focuses on selling insurance, loans, and auto warranties.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy for the financial services department to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the team responsible for financial services and related activities, ensuring exemplary customer service.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with financial institutions and insurance companies to offer advantageous options to our customers.
• Ensure compliance of activities, adhere to internal rules and procedures, and ensure that financing, insurance, and warranty processes are clear and transparent for the customer.
• Analyze performance indicators, margins, and risks, prepare reports for management, and propose improvements.
• Work closely with sales and after-sales teams to provide a smooth and personalized customer experience.
• Participate in the development of promotions and campaigns related to financial products and the added value of services.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in selling financial products, insurance, or warranties related to automobiles; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team, with collaborative leadership.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong ethics to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Good proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in the field.
