Liaison Agent

We are hiring: Liaison Agent – Bodywork
Do you enjoy customer contact and the automotive field?
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer service-oriented liaison agent to join our team. You will be the main point of contact between our clients, insurers, and our production team to provide a simple, transparent, and professional experience at every stage of the repair.

Your role
Welcome clients and accompany them throughout the repair process.
Coordinate communications between clients, insurers, and estimators.
Follow up on files from opening to vehicle delivery.
Inform clients about the progress of the work and answer their questions.
Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to each client’s satisfaction.

The profile sought
Experience in customer service; experience in bodywork, insurance, or the automotive domain is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and team spirit.
Good knowledge of computer tools. Familiarity with Serti, Mitchell, Progi software is a plus.
Valid driver’s license.
