Delivery coordinator

Job Description Montréal-Est Toyota, a member of Tremblay Auto Groupe, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to ensure the delivery of sold vehicles and facilitate a smooth and professional customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of sold vehicles, ensuring the vehicle is ready, clean, and in line with the customer’s expectations.
• Prepare and sign the delivery documents, including contracts, warranties, and customer-selected options.
• Clearly and comprehensively explain the vehicle’s features, controls, and systems, answer customers’ questions, and clarify technical points.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless delivery and transparent communication with the customer.
• Verify and record delivery information in the system, ensure title transfer and associated administrative procedures.
• Follow up with the customer after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum required experience: 1 year in a similar role or in customer service related to vehicle sales, preferably at a car dealership.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical information in a simple and friendly manner.
• Knowledge of sales and delivery document processes is preferred.
