St-Constant Honda Desjardins, renowned for its after-sales service, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth in new and certified pre-owned vehicle sales.

Your role

  • Define and implement an ambitious commercial strategy aimed at achieving volume, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team and customer service to ensure consistent performance and a top-tier customer experience.
  • Oversee pipeline management, set individual and team goals, and monitor KPIs (conversion rate, acquisition cost, customer satisfaction, profitability).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and digital channels to optimize leads, proposals, and conversions, while strengthening customer loyalty.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and action plans, and participate in competitive analysis and product offering development (new and certified Honda used vehicles).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to promote sustainable growth and enhance the dealership’s reputation in Montérégie and the Greater Montreal area.
  • Ensure that service standards and sales processes reflect the Honda group’s values of excellence.

Desired profile

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a sales management position, ideally in the automotive industry or a related sector.
  • Proven leadership, ability to train and motivate a team, and talent for change management and optimizing sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; results-oriented with a strong business sense.
  • Knowledge of the local market (Montérégie and Greater Montreal area) and understanding of customer and dealer dynamics.
  • Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability to travel occasionally as needed for operational purposes.
