Service Manager

At Dion Sports, a dealership of motorcycles and off-road vehicles in Saint-Raymond, near Quebec, we are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Service Manager to lead our after-sales department and support the growth of our recreational activity.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team (technicians, estimators, receptionists) and provide inspiring leadership.
• Plan and oversee the daily operations of the after-sales service: handling appointments, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and reassignments.
• Manage the service budget, control costs, and oversee parts inventory; optimize margins and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty procedures; guarantee traceability of interventions and customer satisfaction.
• Deploy process and tool improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety and work quality; ensure compliance with HSE standards and manufacturer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, parts, and customer service to offer comprehensive and tailored solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): cycle time, customer satisfaction rate, productivity, and re-open rate.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate service personnel; promote skill development and talent retention.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant degree in management, administration, or technical field; or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or management experience, ideally in automotive, recreational vehicles, or after-sales service.
• Excellent leadership, communication in French, and customer focus skills.
• Knowledge of warranty procedures and manufacturer standards; preferred experience with brands such as Honda, Can-Am, Spyder, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo.
• Proficiency in computer tools and management systems (ERP/CRM, work orders, inventory).
• Ability to manage priorities, resolve conflicts, and work under pressure while maintaining quality service.
