Sales Consultant

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Advisor to join Jaguar Land Rover West-Island, a leading dealership for Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec. Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and assess their needs to recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Present Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles, perform demonstrations and test drives when necessary.
• Advise clients on options, configurations, and financing programs, in collaboration with the finance team.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage and track client files using the CRM system, provide after-sales follow-up, and nurture customer relationships.
• Work closely with Service and Parts departments to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to delivery.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and loyalty programs to optimize sales opportunities.
• Comply with company policies and meet regulatory and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in auto sales, preferably in the luxury brand sector.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and professional ethics.
• Fluency in French; operational English is an asset.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and goal management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and availability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite; knowledge of dealership sales management systems.
