Rimar Volkswagen is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor.

Job Description:

• Welcome customers and identify their needs for automotive parts and accessories.
• Recommend suitable solutions, present the features of parts, and close sales by providing a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage orders, billing, and follow-up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure the availability and installation of parts when necessary.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, organize the counter, and optimize the presentation of parts in the store.
• Develop additional sales and contribute to the dealership’s objectives through proactive initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a related role.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and systems and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
• Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems (inventory, POS, CRM).
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail, with a results-oriented approach.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
• Relevant training in the field of automotive parts or sales is recommended; eagerness to learn and adaptability.
