HGregoire Mitsubishi Laval is looking for a call center assistant (BDC) for its specialized credit department.

Job Description

As a call center assistant, you will be responsible for interacting with clients by phone and via the Internet to provide professional and efficient service. Your role will be essential in guiding clients through their financing process.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • Work hours to be discussed

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and SMS, and answer their questions.
  • Collect and enter client information into Dealertrack.
  • Process requests using the Activix system.
  • Request clients to send the required documents.
  • Assign requests to agents according to the established rotation.
  • Make daily follow-ups with clients who have not been reached.
  • Send ownership transfer emails and ensure all documents are completed and filed.
  • Prepare files and coordinate deliveries during working hours.
  • Promote certain products and services to clients.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up on files.
  • Provide impeccable customer service.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French/English, spoken and written, intermediate-advanced level to communicate with our French-speaking clients and our significant English-only client base.
  • Experience as a call center agent (an asset).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Autonomy, good listening skills, and excellent organization.
  • Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
  • Proficiency with various software.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Activix and Dealertrack software (an asset).
