Job Description
- Welcome customers in the showroom and respond to their needs, in person and online, with professionalism and attentive listening.
- Guide customers toward vehicles that match their objectives (urban driving, family, adventure) and present the features, benefits, and financing options of new and used vehicles, including hybrid and electric models.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, organize test drives, prepare documents, and coordinate with the financing and service teams to ensure a smooth experience.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience that fosters loyalty.
- Stay informed about current promotions and special offers and propose solutions tailored to each client.
- Work closely with the service and after-sales departments to optimize customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling and service opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to understand and translate client needs into relevant solutions.
- Ability to explain financing options, warranties, and after-sales services and to close transactions professionally and ethically.
- Team spirit, adaptability, perseverance, and ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic IT skills; bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
- Passion for automobiles and interest in technologies related to hybrid and electric vehicles.
