Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join the team at Bisson Chevrolet Buick GMC INC. in Thetford Mines. Your mission will be to assist customers in their purchasing process, to effectively present Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Corvette models, and to contribute to sales development while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and establish a trustful environment.
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend the most suitable vehicles and options.
  • Present technical features, trims, and available options; conduct demonstrations and test drives.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including negotiations, financing offers, and insurance, in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales files and provide after-sales support to customers.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and current promotions; build customer loyalty and expand the client portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively with service and parts teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
  • Follow internal procedures, compliance standards, and meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; automotive experience is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, active listening, and ability to quickly build trust.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to close sales; organized and autonomous.
  • Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license.
