Job Description: Desjardins Ford Auto Collection is looking for a New Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. Do you have excellent organizational and planning skills? Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for delivery (visual inspection, documentation)
• Welcome customers during the handover of their new vehicle
• Explain the vehicle's features clearly and professionally
• Connect manufacturer applications and customers' mobile devices (explanation of equipment and vehicle screens)
• Ensure all delivery documents are completed and signed correctly
• Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with sales advisors, finance managers, and service to ensure smooth coordination
• Keep customer records up to date in the internal system

Job Requirements:

• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Enjoy interacting with people and have good interpersonal skills
• Be comfortable with technology
• Be organized and able to handle multiple deliveries per day
• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Availability during day and evening hours is required.
