Financial Director

At Action Grenier Autogroupe, we are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and motivated Financial Director to join a committed team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing all activities related to the financial services of the dealership, while ensuring a high-level customer experience. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations as well as internal company policies.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify and offer financing solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Train, mentor, and support staff regarding financial products and best sales practices.
• Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management, including trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing offers. Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience in financial services or sales, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated team spirit and ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent.
• We are seeking a results-oriented individual known for motivation, rigor, and a desire to exceed set objectives. Salary: Up to $150,000/year
