We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Assistant Service Manager to lead our after-sales department at Brossard Hyundai. Family Hyundai dealership and one of the largest in North America, we offer a structured and friendly environment, located at Taschereau and easily accessible to South Shore customers. Main Responsibilities
- Supervise technical advisors and manage the daily workload of the service department.
- Prepare reports on department activities, including service statistics and customer feedback.
- Participate in the evaluation and improvement of service processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure attention and support to technical advisors to guarantee quality service.
- Supervise and analyze the department's performance and prepare periodic reports to identify areas for improvement and success.
- Coordinate and organize training sessions for staff to keep knowledge up-to-date on technologies, procedures, and service standards.
- Efficiently manage the appointment schedule to optimize workflow and reduce wait times.
- Listen to customer concerns and ensure they are handled promptly and professionally.
- Manage processes related to valets and transportation services to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Perform all tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
