Canadian Tire - Lévis is looking for a motivated Parts Clerk/Sales Advisor passionate about automobiles to join our dynamic team.

A minimum of 1 year of experience required in automotive parts sales or a similar customer service role.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and quickly identify their needs, proposing suitable parts and accessories for their vehicle.
• Advise on compatibility, specifications, and proper use of parts, ensuring reference accuracy.
• Manage orders, returns, and follow-up of parts with suppliers and the store, while respecting internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team and technicians to provide quick, efficient, and personalized service.
• Keep the parts area organized, maintain the cleanliness of the counter, and monitor stock levels.
• Complete cash transactions and ensure compliance with customer service policies.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service within the parts department.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good knowledge of automotive parts and basic mechanical systems (braking, suspension, engine, electrical)—an asset for providing expert advice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and active listening; ability to quickly understand customer needs; fluent in French; English is a plus.
• Team spirit, organization, rigor, and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with sales computer tools and the ability to quickly learn parts management systems.
• Availability for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed by the store.
• Relevant training or diploma (DEP, DEC, or equivalent) considered an asset.
