Service Advisor

Based in the Brossard area, Mega Kia Brossard is looking for a full-time technical advisor to join its professional and innovative team. One full-time position available. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Inform clients of required maintenance and available options.
• Prepare quotes and handle administrative follow-up for requests.
• Monitor the progress of work in the workshop and regularly communicate with customers.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction (CSI).
• Follow internal procedures and established deadlines.
• Collaborate with the workshop and parts service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Profile

• Customer-focused attitude and passion for human contact.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information and estimates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or in the automotive field.
• Ability to work in a workshop environment and manage priorities.
• Motivation to undergo training and develop professionally.
