Delivery attendant/Folder assembler

We are looking for a Delivery Clerk / File Installer to join our team! As part of your job, you will need to ensure customer satisfaction by professionally delivering their vehicle and perform various support functions at the request of your supervisor: • Follow up on customer satisfaction levels; • Handle disbursements; • Supervise the preparation for the delivery of any vehicle sold, ensuring that the selected options have been properly installed and that all features are fully functional (tinted windows, markings, mats, etc.); • Ensure that items requiring installation are scheduled; • Ensure that the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner’s manual, etc.); • Coordinate the delivery; collect payments due at delivery, offer a tour of the dealership facilities, and introduce customers to the appropriate dealership staff, including the manager and the technical advisor; • Proceed with the delivery, explain all the features of the car to the customer, including manufacturer’s warranty, services offered by the dealership, and customer satisfaction survey; • Quickly address customer issues or complaints by immediately informing the sales manager; • Actively participate in the owner follow-up and retention program to foster customer loyalty; • Actively participate in various customer service-related tasks; • Support sales managers when necessary; • Perform other tasks as needed and according to management instructions. The ideal candidate presents themselves professionally and has a neat appearance, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. We offer a salary between $20/hour and $25/hour plus bonuses.
